- Alternator conforms to GB755, BS5000, VDE0530, NEMAMG1-22, IED34-1, CSA22.2 and AS1359.
If the rated voltage varies by ±2%, an Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) shall be used. - Lubricant and coolant should be selected according to factors such as local ambient temperature and air pressure.
Detailed introduction of the unit: Start method The unit uses DC 24V electric starter, and the unit starting power and control power use 24V battery packs. The battery pack is supplied by the supplier in a complete set, no need for grid electricity or diesel generator set. Emergency stop A manual emergency shutdown is installed on the side of the unit, and the system is also equipped with an automatic emergency shutdown function in case of an accident to respond quickly and promptly in. Genset operation The unit can realize: one-button control, automatic adjustment of air-fuel ratio, automatic power factor control, automatic loading and unloading, etc. Unit control system; the unit control cabinet is a floor cabinet structure with a single control panel. The control cabinet is equipped with controllers, switches, various display instruments, adjustment buttons, unit protection indicator lights, emergency stop buttons, etc., which are used to control and monitor the working status of the generator set.
Genset failure protection The control system has: overload, over-current, short-circuit, reverse power, under-frequency, over-frequency, under-voltage, over-voltage, over-speed and other engine complete protection, and sends out sound and light alarm signals. In the event of minor engine failures (such as high cooling water temperature, low oil pressure, overload, failure to start, etc.), light and sound alarms should be issued, and manual or automatic parking is allowed. In the event of a major engine failure (such as high temperature, low oil pressure, overspeed, etc.), it should automatically stop immediately and issue an audible and visual alarm. Silent Canopy (Optional) The silent type products use surface sound-absorbing egg cotton + second-layer sound-absorbing rubber and plastic cotton to reduce noise, moisture-proof and flame-retardant, non-toxic and harmless. The door seams and welts of the silent products are all made of shock-absorbing sponge strips, which are sound- absorbing and shock-absorbing, and rainproof and heat-insulating.
