This series of Silent speaker type natural gas generator sets adopts T10 engine, which is a gas engine developed in depth.
The maximum power of a single unit is 265kW. A single container is integrated with 200kW generator sets and parallel
control system, fuel Plumbing, heat dissipation system, switch and other system components, with a high level of safety
and automation. The T10 gas engine is developed on the basis of the CNHTC STYER se- ries engine. T10 gas Powertrain
has been deeply developed and verified by our company. The Gas-fired power plant unit adopts the modular design and
integration concept, matches the high- efficiency generator, unit control system, fuel supply system and cooling system,
optimizes and improves the reliability, fuel econo- my, fuel adaptability, load adaptability and environmental
adapta- bility of the unit, and is suitable for a variety of fuel types and appli- cations to meet the needs of sustainable power projects.
Main characteristics of the unit:
→ The engine has been deeply developed: optimize the software and hardware of the gas control system, mainly improve the Electrical efficiency under partial load conditions, improve the stability under partial load conditions, and have a
wider range of fuel applications. The product better meets the special requirements of the LNG production field for gas
turbine units.
→ Adopting high-quality brushless AC synchronous generators, customized and strengthened moving parts, while improv- ing
the generator’s load-bearing impact resistance, anti-interference and other performance, ensuring the stability and reliability
of long-term equipment operation.
→ The box is designed independently by our company, and the surface of the box is coated with advanced polyurethane, which
is bright and wear-resistant. The box is divided into an engine compartment and an exhaust compartment, with air outlet at the
top. One end of the box is designed with a fuel inlet and the other end is designed with a cable outlet, which is convenient for the
layout and connection of gas pipelines and cables on the customer’s project site. The unit can be lifted in various ways. The
engine adopts a vertical radiator, with an electric drive fan providing cooling air. The engine, motor, and radiator are integrated into a single integrated chassis. The engine room is divided into the intake side and the exhaust
side. The intake of the engine room is designed with a dustproof filter screen, which can effectively filter sand, willow catkins,
mosquitoes, etc.
→ Adopting a 50 0 ambient heat dissipation system to meet various harsh environments and operating conditions.
EAMF-25 Control system
EAMF-25 uses ComAp AMF 25 as the main module. The function of this program- mable control system includes engine protection
and control, connection between
generator and generator or generator and grid, and communication, etc.
Main advantages
→ Wide range of communication capabilities: connection via RS232, RS485,
CAN and on board USB; internet access using Ethernet, GPRS, 3G or 4G; support for Modbus (TCP/RTU) and SNMP (v1 / v2c
– including traps); active SMS and emails in different languages.
→ In-built PLC, complemented with a PLC monitoring tool in InteliConfig. 11 inputs and 7 outputs on board.
→ 2x 10 A binary output for cranking and fuel solenoid.
→ Total remote monitoring. More I/Os available over plug-in or CAN modules (CM-BIO8-EFCP, Inteli AIN8, Inteli AIN8TC, Inteli
AIO9/1, Inteli IO8/8, IGS-PTM).
→ Control the engine and AC alternator by one module and access to all measurement data in time-corresponding manner.
→ 5 languages in the controller. Flexible event based history with up tp 350 events.
